Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice. Descriptions of services, routes, availability, timing, pricing, audience estimates, impressions, distribution volume, and results are not guarantees unless included in a separately signed agreement.
Quotes and Campaigns
Submitting a quote or availability request does not reserve inventory or create a binding agreement. Campaigns remain subject to truck availability, route access, traffic, weather, venue and municipal restrictions, creative approval, payment, and mutually accepted written terms.
Communications Consent
If you submit a form and select any applicable consent option, you agree that ILUM may contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to opt out of email marketing.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, copy protected materials without permission, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, video, copy, and design are owned by ILUM or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
Third-Party Services
The site may link to third-party services, including Jotform and Linktree. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILUM disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Changes and Contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date. Questions may be sent to hello@ilumads.com, or mailed to ILUM, 11820 Miramar Parkway, Suite 110, Miramar, FL 33025.
